Description
Woman’s dress in pink wool, possibly barège, with a voided pattern of swags and flowers in cream. Round neckline, bodice front gathered into v-shaped waistline, centre front opening with twelve metal hooks and eyes, large cream and pink silk ribbon bow at waist. Three-quarter length pagoda sleeves with epaulettes, lower part of sleeve gathered into puff just above elbow, then widening, edged with cream and pink silk fringe. Skirt, full-length, gathered into pink silk waistband, decorated with three flounces printed à disposition. Bodice lined with glazed cotton.
